The piloSEO blog is a place for me to convey my thoughts, opinions, and maybe even a few rants about what is going on in the world of SEO. I have been an SEO professional since 1999. When I began it was a different world. Alta Vista ruled the search world. A little few (thousand) keyword stuffed cloaked redirect pages would be enough to dominate the SERPs. Things are much different now and I have evolved as an SEO and an online marketing professional. I currently run the SEO and Social Media practice at Reprise Media where I oversee a team of organic search and social media professionals. We work with some of the largest and most complex organizations and assist them in improving their visibility in both search engines as well as social media properties and anywhere else people are searching or congregating online.
